Healthy Life Program
As a great complement to the occupational medical exams every year, we created the Healthy Life program, which seeks to reinforce good nutrition and disseminate sports practices in the company. The program consists of the following measures:
Hayduk Challenge
Another important initiative as part of this strategy was the creation of the Hayduk Challenge, which seeks to improve the health on board our vessels in relation to overweight and its incidents.
This program, carried out by our Human Capital area in coordination with the Fleet Management, consists of incentives for the Hayduk crew to compete to improve their diet and physicality. For this, we carry out trainings that include not only the collaborators, but also the families and those responsible for cooking on the boats.
Through constant monitoring, the nutrition professionals assigned by the Department of Occupational Health and Safety evaluate the process of each one and award prizes to those who present better results at the end of the year.
A culture of health and well-being
With these actions, in Hayduk we reaffirm ourselves as a company that promotes good nutrition, not only carrying it through our products, but creating a work culture where a healthy life is what we want to take to all of Peru and the world be part of our day to day. We are convinced that this is the best way to achieve it.
