How do we make it?
Fish Oil
We make oil from Peruvian anchovy with high concentration of fatty acids and omega-3 (EPA and DHA), physicochemical parameters that facilitate efficiency in our clients’ productive processes.
We follow a strict traceability system for our two market lines: Aqua, aimed at cattle, poultry and aquaculture industries; and Omega, aimed at pharmaceutical and nutritional industries.
We fish and manufacture sea products that we market in Peru and around the world.
Frozen products
At Hayduk, we make frozen products following the highest quality standards for preserving the cold chain from the shipment. Our production includes tuna, jack mackerel and mackerel, available in different presentations. Furthermore, we are one of the first to go for the tuna industry development, thus promoting local and international market growth of our sea species.
