Pesquera Hayduk introduces in 2026 its new brand identity, expressing more clearly its essence, trajectory, and vision for the future. Under the manifesto “Peruvian fishermen nourishing the world,” the company reaffirms its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the value of its people — pillars that have guided its history for decades.
The renewal reflects a legacy built over more than 30 years of work connected to the sea and Peruvian fishing traditions. It is not merely a visual change, but a strategic definition that places at its core the origin of the Peruvian fisherman, his culture, and his vocation to responsibly feed millions of people around the world.
“This new identity reflects who we are as a company and projects it more clearly into the future. Hayduk was born from the effort of Peruvian fishermen and from an industry that has learned to combine tradition, technical knowledge, and responsible resource management. Our purpose is to continue bringing marine-based nutrition to the world, highlighting the work of those who make this activity possible every day,” said Diego Balarezo, Commercial and Corporate Strategy Manager at Hayduk.
A brand born from the sea and its people
The new visual identity draws inspiration from the DNA of the Peruvian fisherman — embedded in Hayduk’s origins and reflected in the daily work of its team. The brand honors the effort, perseverance, and knowledge passed down through generations connected to the sea, as well as the conviction that the sector’s development must progress hand in hand with environmental stewardship. Under this vision, Hayduk recognizes that the strength of its work comes from the courage and dedication of its people.
This process further reinforces sustainability as a cross-cutting pillar of corporate management, guiding the company’s decisions under principles of efficiency, transparency, and long-term value creation for its stakeholders.
Peru is home to one of the world’s leading fishing industries, thanks to the abundance of anchovy in its marine ecosystem. This resource makes it possible to produce high-nutritional-value ingredients that are part of the global food chain, particularly in aquaculture. Its activity not only contributes to global food security, but also generates employment, industrial development, and a dynamic export sector across different regions of the country.
The transformation marks another step in Hayduk’s evolution as a modern and expert organization, with an authentic voice that conveys pride in its Peruvian roots and responsibility for its global impact.
“Peruvian fishing plays an important role in providing marine proteins to the world. Our identity seeks to reflect the link between fishing tradition, industrial innovation, and a commitment to ocean sustainability that makes this activity possible,” Balarezo added.
Through this renewal, the company reaffirms its purpose to nourish its people and the world with high-quality products, produced sustainably and with respect for the sea that makes its work possible.
