This<br \/>\noperation marks the beginning of a new era for the company and the plant&#8217;s<br \/>\nemployees, with management based on respect, transparency, and a shared vision of<br \/>\ndevelopment.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is part of Hayduk&#8217;s growth plan, focused on strengthening processing<br \/>\ncapacity and ensuring a more integrated operation. With this new infrastructure, the<br \/>\ncompany will optimize its value chain, from discharge to the production of high-quality<br \/>\nfishmeal and fish oil.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis of the last three years of anchovy behavior\u2014considering environmental<br \/>\nvariations and the effects of climate change\u2014was key to identifying areas and<br \/>\ncapacities that ensure the continuity and efficiency of operations in the medium and<br \/>\nlong term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe purchase of this plant is the result of technical and strategic planning that took into<br \/>\naccount the behavior of the resource, the discharge capacity and the environmental<br \/>\nconditions of the area. With this operation, we are taking a firm step towards more<br \/>\nintegrated, efficient and sustainable management\u201d, said Diego Balarezo, Commercial<br \/>\nand Corporate Strategy Manager at Hayduk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commitment to Sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In line with its responsible management model, Hayduk will operate the plant under the<br \/>\nhighest environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
